He is survived by: his parents, Paul Feathers and Kimberly Ucchino (Kestner); his stepfather Paul Ucchino; his siblings, Cheyenne Ferguson, Kelly Scanlan (Feathers) and River Feathers; his grandparents, Gary Kestner, Sherry Kestner (Albert Elliott) and Polly Ann Foster (Moseley); his stepgrandfather Don Neff; his aunts, Erin Hager and Rose (Feathers) of Sharon; his uncle Brock Malcolm; his great-aunts, Millie Kiser and Millie Crawford; his great-uncle Raymond Moseley (Erin); and his nieces, Lyric, Laveah and Lillyanna Scanlan. He is also survived by cousins, and dear friends.
