He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth (Laisure); and his parents, Hanzel W. Cleek and Veda Cleek (Carroll).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rock Springs Methodist Church (227 Church View Dr, Kingsport, TN 37664). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rock Springs Methodist Church Cemetery (227 Church View Dr, Kingsport, TN 37664).
