He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Roberson and Dora May Lark Roberson; and his brothers, Preston Roberson, Jimmy Roberson and Bobby Roberson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Bernard Roberson; his children, Melissa Williams (Jonathan), Michelle Nelson (Craig), Starlina Tunnell, Helen Rochester, Marie Morrison, Charles "Chuckey" Roberson and Gerald Bernard; his sister Garnetta Dennison (Jimmy); his sister-in-law Peggy Roberson; and his nephew Allen Roberson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chimney Top Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport to help the family with the funeral expenses.
