She is survived by: her children, Dennis Fields (Lorra) and Christie Myers (John); her stepchildren, James Matthew Bishop, Deborah Vaughan (Michael) and Theresa Crawford (Ronnie); her granddaughters, Jessica Dagenhart and Erica Voland; and her stepgrandchildren, Tylie Eaves, Vicki Stacy, Mandy Floyd, Tony Crawford, Brodie Bishop, Logan Bishop and Rebecca Castle. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; and fifteen step great- grandchildren.
