It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Fulkerson of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Rowland and Ida Rowland; her husband Charlie Fulkerson; and her son-in-law Bill Greer. She is survived by: her children, Donna Greer and Len Fulkerson (Donna); and her grandchildren, Justin Greer, Anna Herron and Lindsay Bryam. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
