She was predeceased by: her husband Percy W. Howe; and her parents, Fred Fischer and Virgie Fischer. She is survived by: her children, Fred Howe (Kitty), Harry Howe (Denise), Danny Howe (Noell) and Ginger Howe Isom; and her grandchildren, Will Howe (Vanessa), Amanda Kelley (Tim), Virginia Marshall (Phil), Matt Howe (Kelley), Madeline Hall (Will), Tristan Brickell and Brynn Brickell. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A committal service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37665). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Broad Street United Methodist Church (100 E Church Cir, Kingsport, TN 37660).
