He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Neeley and Roxie Neeley; his wife Crodia Angeline Neeley; and his siblings, Pat Neeley, Willie Neeley, Ray Neeley, Gladys Roberts, Ruby Rhoton and Edna Lane.
He is survived by: his children, Freddie Neeley and Sherry Morelock (Michael); his grandchildren, Hunter Neeley, Heather Johnson, Madison Ashley (Nathaniel) and Connor Morelock; his great grandchild Danny Ashley; his sisters, Linda Holtzclaw and Annabelle Roberts (Roy); and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Owens (Bill) and Leona Browder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM at the Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery (5395 E Carters Valley Rd, Gate City, VA 24251).
