He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Eugene and Mildred Madgealene Carter Arnold; his grandparents, Caswell Eugene, Maude Johnson Arnold, William McKinley and Ollie Bryant Carter; and his sister Stella Marie Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his son Jeremy Arnold (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Aiden, Shawn, Jaxon, Emma, Katie, Maddie and Jayden; and his sister Linda Kidd. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and a great-great niece.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home and Memorial Park (2630 TN-75, Blountville, TN 37617).
