Gary Wayne Sexton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Wayne Sexton of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Gary departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Gary. Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sexton and Anna Belle Jones Sexton; and his siblings, Annette Glass, Roy Kenneth Sexton and Travis Lee Sexton.
He is survived by: his children, Katie Sexton and Kirby Sexton; his grandchildren, Leyla and Mason; and his sister Deborah Sexton Cox (Anthony). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
