Geraldine B. (Bowen) Lyons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine B. (Bowen) Lyons of Kingsport, Tennessee, born in Stonega, Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Baker Bowen and Maxie Bowen; and her siblings, Lawrence, O'neil, Clifford, Sonya and Henrietta.
She is survived by: her sister Connie Rene Puskac; the father of her children Gerald C. Lyons; her former husband Robert "Bob" Ledesma (family: Kingsport); her siblings, Mac Arthur, Truman, Allan, Mary, Betty, Greg, David and Teena; her sons, David Andrew and Dale Anthony Lyons; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer and Melissa; and her granddaughter Moira Nicole Lyons.
She also survived a heart attack at age 65, but suffered lung damage after contracting COVID, followed by pneumonia in the latter part of 2022 and early 2023 which ultimately caused her death.
