She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Dougherty; her daughter Becky Bowman; her parents, James Grizzle and Beulah Salling Grizzle Shelton; and her brother Lowell Grizzle.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila May (Les); her grandchildren, Nickolas May and Abbie Lucas (Matt); her great grandchild Hayden Cole; and her sister-in-law Jean Grizzle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and countless dear friends.
