James Christopher Egan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Christopher Egan of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Egan; his grandparents, Kelly, Nannie Jane Bishop, Emmett and Tease Egan; his aunts, Wanda Dockery, Joann Egan and Kathy Egan; his uncle Lee Egan; his parents-in-law, Darrell and Almeda Honaker; his uncle Steve Honaker; and his cousin Pete Sloan.
He is survived by: his significant other Brittany Egan; his significant other's son Ethan Page; his father Billy Egan; his siblings-in-law, Brian Honaker (Candace), Brent Honaker (Aylah) and Michelle Falardeau; his aunts and uncles, Geneva Williams (Melvin), Shirley Statzer, Martha Burton, Debbie Sloan (William), Wilma Sloan, Lou Tipton, Virgie Rhoton, Alfreda Honaker, Pam Browder (Mike), Guy Tipton and Jack Tipton; his nieces and nephews, Lilyannah, Zinniah Honaker, Christopher, Jacob, Crimson, Zoe and Nevaeh Falardeau; and also, Scott Folden, Lisa, Madison, Dylan Cowan, Jason, Natasha Peek and Roy Morelock.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:15 AM and from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
