He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Baldwin and Elizabeth Gilliam Baldwin; and his siblings, Phyllis Reeves and Bill Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Payne Baldwin; his sons, James Baldwin and Brian (Brenda); his grandchildren, Jamie Renee Baldwin and Cooper Jackson Baldwin; and his siblings, Gerry Walsh, Janie Baldwin and Gary Baldwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
