She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Fields and Rosa Lee Vencil Fields; her husband Donald Rhea Rutledge; and her grandson Brandon James Waycaster. She is survived by: her children, Steven Rhea Rutledge and Terri Lea Tolley; her grandchildren, Kirsten Lea Hoyle (Andrew) and Kenneth Wayne Hauck; her great grandchildren, Lilly Belle Hauck, Brandyn Rose Waycaster and Rowdy Huel Hoyle; and her nieces, Diana Whited Bushong and Rita Carol Whited. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
