With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jay Smith of Kingsport, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Ottry Vermillion Smith; and his grandson Joshua Wells. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Smith and Lee Smith (Bonnie); his granddaughter Brittany Wells; his great grandchild Kelsie; and his sister Joan Nichols.
