She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Bessie Campbell Owens; her husband Ralph Baker; her son Butch Brock, Jr.; and her son-in-law Gary Parks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Parks and Sharon Blanton (Dale); and her grandchildren, Kathi Stagnolia (Reecie), Lisa Burchfield (Darrin), Debbie Parks (Mike), Missy Hampton (Charlie), Terri Jenkins (Tommy), Jack Brock (Melinda) and Linzi Hatley. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; twelve great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
