He is survived by: his stepgrandsons, Hunter, Gage and Conner; his wife Teresa Parker-Hall; his son Dylan Hall (Brittany); his grandsons, Hunter Houseright, Gage Hall, Conner Hall and Rocky Gibson; his siblings, Susie Shaffer (Bill), Bill Hall (Diana), Gene Hall (Robin), Tim Hall and Roger Hall; and his close friend John Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
