With solemn reverence, we commemorate John Line of Kingsport, Tennessee, whose life came to an end on March 2, 2026 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Line and Addie Line; and his children, James Christopher Line and Martha Elizabeth Line. He is survived by: his wife Martha Line; his children, John Eric Line (Leslie) and Kathryn E. Sparks (Chris); and his grandchildren, Joseph Hale (Heather), Amy Kimsey (Laken), Sarah Sparks (DJ) and Benjamin Sparks. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (200 W Church Cir, Kingsport, TN 37660).
