He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Roger, Jeffrey (Karla) and Eric; his siblings, Sue Cloud (Kenneth), Nancy Whitaker, Brenda Walker (David) and Carlyle; his niece Teresa Hulse (Earl); and his nephews, Paul Bowman and Randy Bowman.
