She is survived by: her daughters, Mindy Clark of Kingsport, Amber Clark (Duran) of Kingsport and Jessica Clark of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Jazlyn, Neak, Melody, Champion, Autumn, Jaiden and Lily; her niece Alicia Jarrett; her stepson Jessee Clark Jr.; and her siblings, Gary Smith Jr. (Sheila), Linda, Freida and Norma.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations be made to The Bridge Home No Kill Animal Rescue in Blountville, Tennessee.
