Joyce Marie Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Marie Long of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Bowery and Ruth Cunningham Bowery; her siblings, Mike Bowery and Kathy Grubb; and her grandson David Alan Coffey.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Long; her children, Kevin Long (Jules) and Kristy Long-Smith (Marty); her sister Brenda Calhoun (Hal); and her brothers-in-law, Ed Long and David Grubb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's honor to the Wounded Warriors Project or to St. Jude.
