It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay M Barker of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father J. Haywood Modlin; and her sister Cynthia Ann Modlin. She is survived by: her husband Floyd W. Barker; her children, Steve Barker (Leslie) and Jill Stewart; and her grandson Colin Stewart.
