She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Andrew Parrish of Kingsport and Jonathan Dale Parrish (Samantha) of Bristol; her husband Thomas Parrish; her daughter Alyssa McMahan; her parents, Ann Gillenwater and Dale Gillenwater of Kingsport; her siblings, Kelli (Jerry Parrish) of Kingsport and Bobby Thomas (Mary) of Georgia; and her mother-in-law Sandra Jennings. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
