He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Harrison and Jane Harrison; and his siblings, Mamie Kilgore, Hazel Wilder, Frankie Bishop, Louise Thompson, Doris Shaffer, Jean Carter, Jay, Bob and Jimmy Harrison.

He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Kristi Hicks (Richard) and Brad Harrison (Brooke); his granddaughters, Courtney Byrns (Austin), Makayla Harrison, Callie Salyer (Tyler) and Makenzie Harrison; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Raelee, Zayden and Jansen Byrns; and his brother Darrell Harrison (Ada). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
