He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whitley and Mayme Whitley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dunn Whitley; his children, Aaron Whitley (Beth) and Ashleigh Miller (Mitch); his grandchildren, Eli, Bailey, Hadley and Conner Kay; and his brothers, Eddie Whitley (Gail) and Jerry Whitley (Polly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
