He is survived by: his son David Johnson of Kingsport, TN; his brother Carl Johnson (Sharon) of Gurnee, IL; his sister-in-law Melba Johnson of Kingsport, TN; and his close friends, Wesley Frazier, Pam Cotterman and Nikki Bailey.
