He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Owens; his parents, Andrew Owens and Mrytle Owens; and his siblings, Arthur Owens, Ronnie Owens, Annette Evans, Thelma Jean Evans, Denia Kobylareyk and Jackie Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandy Owens; and his brother Jimmy Owens (Norma). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
