He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Harper. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Sant (Mark) and David Harper; his siblings, Gloria Williams, Liz Mcintosh and David T. Harper; and his grandsons, Mike Sant and Tim Sant (Ashley).
