With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Owen O'Neill (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam O'Neill and Grace O'Neill; and his sisters, Betty Byrd and Kathleen Eastwood. He is survived by: his wife Betty Harman O'Neill; his children, Michael O'Neill, Phillip (Myar Long) and CeeGee; his son-in-law Jeff McCord; his grandchildren, Sam, Kayla McCord, Joseph, Mary O'Neill, Grace, Sean Collins, Corey, Ashley O'Neill, John, Lydia McCord and Niles Long; his great grandchildren, Talia, Preston, Ellie, Marshall, Elijah, Raelynn, Lexi, Savannah, Laine and Owen; and his brother-in-law Joe (Linda Harman).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (161 E Ravine Rd, Kingsport, TN 37660).
