She was predeceased by: her father George E. Osborne; her husband Ellis J. Lewis; and her siblings-in-law, Myrtle Darnell, Robert Lewis, Willie Lewis and Arrie Lewis.

She is survived by: her mother Maxie Dean Osborne; her siblings, Rickie Osborne (Connie), Buddy Osborne (Janey), Lugene Bragg (Joe) and Ginger Moody (Larry); her stepson Jason Lewis (Melanie); her grandchildren, Nikki Edwards (Walt) and Nathan Lewis (Laurel); her great grandchild Harlow Edwards; her nieces and nephews, Shauna Bryant, Amanda Williams, Matthew Osborne and McKenzie Osborne; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Eliot Gobble, Adaline Gobble and Winter Williams; her close friends, Robert, Teresa Parker and Steve Vaughan; and her siblings-in-law, Arvel Lewis (Ruth), Fred Darnell, Betty Bowen (James), Lois Dockery (Fred), June White (G. W.) and Lana Faye Lewis.
