He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles Joseph and Carmella "Millie" O'Reilly; and his brothers, Martin, Terry, Dennis and Michael O'Reilly.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy O'Reilly; his children, Mark Joseph Brunke (Christy), Donnie Tidwell (Lenise), Chris Tidwell (Stephanie), Zachary and Kassie Tidwell; his grandchildren, Thomas and Charlotte Tidwell; and his children, Christopher, Erika Tidwell, Mercy Kelly, Brayden, Brooklyn Shaver, Kaleb Shaver and Jessica Tidwell (George Houston). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and friends.
