We announce the death of Nancy Jane Shipley (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Eugene Shipley and Beulah Carter Shipley; and her brother Mike Shipley. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Mendenhall (Brian) and Sean Fansler (Jaime); and her granddaughter Alexis Fansler.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
