He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Rollins, Tyrone Taylor and Justin Blankenship; his wife Karen Rollins; his son Nathan Rollins; his grandchildren, Keenon and Lamear; his siblings, Charles, Mary Rollins, Mattie Rollins and Hazel Gillenwater (Larry); and his siblings' child Darrrell Manuel.
