Pat Mullins Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2026, at the age of 72, Pat Mullins of Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carroll and Nannie Mae Chapman Carroll; her son John Harvey; her husband John Mullins; and her siblings, Troy and Charlene.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Lori Mullins; her niece Ariel Sloan; her brother Roy Carroll (Carolyn); and her close friend Janice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to her family, to assist in her funeral expenses.
