She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Buck" Stapleton and Pauline Cassell Stapleton; her husband William Curtis "Red" Dean; and her sister Shirley Hillman. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Dean and Tony Dean (Karen); her grandchildren, Steven Dean, Tucker Dean and Shawna Hill; and her niece Judy Hillman. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2904 US Hwy 23 S, Weber City, VA 24290). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holston View Cemetery (226-292 Yuma Rd, Weber City, VA 24290).
