Penny Harper Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 25, 2022, Penny Harper (Kingsport, Tennessee), born in Gaffney, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ruppe and Doris Ruppe of Gaffney; and her siblings, Jimmy Ruppe of Gaffney, Gail Bright and Sybil Ruppe of Gaffney.

She is survived by: her siblings, Pam Parker (Johnny) of Durham and Ricky Ruppe (Tammy) of Gaffney; her husband William; her children, Thomas of Kingsport and Paul Perry (Taylor); and her grandson Allen of Portsmouth, Virginia..

As such, she asks that if you wish to honor her memory, please do so by making a memorial donation to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Children's Advocacy Center.
