He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Wills and Lorrayne Ramsey Wills; and his siblings, Ralph Wills, Linda Meadows and Wilma Page.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Wills; his children, Allen Hood, Vickie Ketron, Shelly Bell and Stacey Dickerson; his grandchildren, Alisha Perkins, Jonathan Hood, Aaron Hood, Alyssa Inge and Wyatt Dickerson; his siblings, Ronnie Wills (Vaundlena), Todd Wills (Tammy), Dane Wills (Deana) and Cara Perkins; and his close friend Kelly.
