It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Annette Evans (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James H Baldwin and Mavis Broomhill; her sons, Jared "Heath" Williams and Albert Williams; her brother Jerry Baldwin; her daughter Brenda Kay Cabaniss; and her grandson Thomas Logan Clendenin.

She is survived by: her children, Sheila Costa, Diane Hunley (Anthony), Misty Clendenin (Thomas Jeff), Charlotte McLeland (Lance), Lisa Wright, Vickie Stagner (Brad) and Chuck Williams (Angie); her siblings, Pat Heranney, Jimmy Baldwin (Lolly) and Johnny Baldwin (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Kolton, Kayla, Eric, Shelby, Mason, Lauralee, Amanda, Tiffany, Phillip, Emily, Kelsey and Brody; and her close friend Vickie Compton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
