She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Hazel Laughlin Kidd and Adrian Denzel Kidd; her husband Wayne Edward Starnes; her brother Larry Kidd; her child Baby Starnes; and her great grandchild Raelynn Gross.
She is survived by: her brother Harold Kidd (Martha); her children, Tresa Allen (Steve), Angela Calton (Scott) and Wayne Edward Starnes II; and her grandchildren, Brayden Allen (Megan), Zachary Allen (Kasey), Michael Allen (Laiken), Makinleigh Calton Gross (Devin), Braylee Calton and Trinity Starnes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
