He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rhea Chubb of Johnson City, TN; his children, Donna Rae Chubb (T. J. Klump) of Bristol, TN and Ralph Eugene Chubb of Johnson City, TN; and his granddaughter Elmira R. Chubb of Johnson City, TN. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
