He was predeceased by: his fathers, Cecil Moody and Randall; his wife April Moody; and his daughter Leslie Nicole Moody. He is survived by: his daughter Katie Swann; his brother Craig Moody; his stepdaughter Miranda Haynes (Dakota); his grandchildren, Christian Tate (Taylor), Madison Tate, Makinley and Carson Haynes; his great grandchildren, Lilah Tate, Maddex and Maxton Baker; his niece Raven Moody; and his nephew Craig Moody II.
