She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Mays and Ruby Nell Mays. She is survived by: her husband Tim Minton; her sons, Nick Minton (Kayla) and Cody Minton (Jenny); and her siblings, Robin Maxwell (Doug), Regina Mays and Robert Mays. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
