He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Keith of Cumberland, KY, Charles Keith (Betty) of Harlan, KY, Mark Keith (Alexis) of Harlan, KY, Thomas Keith (Kayla) of Smith, KY and Joyce Pate (Estill) of Harlan, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
