It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Lee Neeley of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Neeley and Ellen Neeley; his son Ricky Monroe Neeley; and his siblings, Clyde, Earl Neeley and Jeanette Winegar.

He is survived by : his wife Terri Neeley; his children, Travis Neeley (Rhonda) and Brandy Sproles; his grandchildren, Jordan Sproles (Karrigan), Brooklyn Sproles, Nevaeh, Rex, Carter Neeley, Tyler and Katie Stacey; and his siblings, Kyle Neeley (Charlotte), Monnie Collins (Suel), Geneva Keplinger (John) and Brenda Shaw. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Church Cemetery (485 Highland Church Rd, Johnson City, TN 37615).
