He was predeceased by: his father Walter; his grandmother Brown Hulse; and his siblings, Sylvia Elsinger, Ruth Long, Frances Chase, Iva Roop, Vera Mossberger, James and Orville Hulse.
He is survived by: his son Allen Hulse; and his granddaughter Heather Webster (Daniel).
