He is survived by: his daughter Anne Louise Webb (Isaac) of Kingsport; his grandsons, Adam Webb (Maria) of Murfreesboro and Clark Webb (Amy) of Jonesborough; and his sister Linda Shaffer of Kingsport. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
