She is survived by : her son David Steven Hawkins; her husband Larry Blane Hawkins; her parents-in-law, Morris and Rita Hawkins; her brothers, Alan Vaughn and Robert Vaughn; and her brother-in-law Kevin Hawkins (Wanda). She is also survived by five grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
