It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Harris of Kingsport, Tennessee, born in Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Roy Harris and Bessie Jenkins Harris; his siblings, Coy Harris and Janice Castle; his parents-in-law, Don and Matta Arrington; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Fitzgerald and Larry Arrington.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Harris; his brothers, Lowell Harris (Jane) and Gary Harris (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Margie Harris, Wesley Fitzgerald and Brenda Murray Arrington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Bloomingdale Baptist Church.
