It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalee Arp of Kingsport, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Simms and Ruby Blevins Simms; her husband Ray Arp; her son Robert Jeremy Arp; and her siblings, Jack Simms, Jim Simms, John Simms and Lillian Penix.
She is survived by: her children, David Arp (Lisa), Frank Arp (Jacqueline), Donald Arp and Donna Moyers (Billy); and her brother Sam Simms (Gail). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
