With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roselea Necessary of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on October 14, 2025 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, R. F. Little and Marie Little; her brothers, Robert, Ed and David Little; her grandmother Leila Bullion; and her son-in-law Rex Penley.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Necessary; her children, Kathy Penley, Jennifer Reece (Dale) and Tim Necessary (April Hyder); and her brothers, Randall and Walter Little. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Worship Center (500 Lucy Rd, Kingsport, TN 37660). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664).
